

Perhaps something is going awry in that installation process?Ī couple of other items to note if you see the plugin on the system but not in Resolve: 1) make sure the plugin you've installed is Resolve-capable and not specific to a completely different program and 2) make sure you're looking on the correct Resolve page for your plugin, i.e. The installation and licensing of OFX plugins is handled by the vendor's own installer package. If you have installed an OFX plugin and it's not showing up in the Resolve interface or even on the system in general, please check with your plugin vendor.

Additionally, both DaVinci Resolve and DaVinci Resolve Studio support OFX plugins, so it shouldn't be an issue using the free software version. Resolve then looks in the places defined by the standard. The OpenFX standard dictates where OpenFX compliant plugins are placed on installation.
